All the way from Slovenia
Fifteen years ago, this didn’t start as a business plan.
It started with a simple belief:
"I can make a better burger."
My name is Zdenko Djuric, and this brand wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built through trial and error, experimenting, failing, testing, and trying again until something felt right.
I didn’t follow recipes. I created them.
I didn’t buy any sauces. I made them.
I didn’t outsource bread. I baked it.
Built From Scratch
Over the years, we developed everything ourselves:
- Our own bread recipes
- Our own signature sauces
- Our own way of preparing and seasoning meat
- Unique flavour combinations inspired by Slovenia and the Mediterranean
Nothing was random. Every ingredient had a purpose. Every burger had to be balanced
Our Vision
Our goal is simple even if it sounds ambitious:
We want to control everything we create.
